A "no-knock" warrant is an illegal taking of the Consitutional right to be secure in your home and possessions against government intrusions. Remember that no matter what the circumstances created by an invasion of your domicile and the chaos and confusion that will cause everyone present to react in unpredictable ways, leaves you completely insecure in your person and property because it being a government invasion, you have no right to defend yourselves nor means so to do because any such "defense" will be an illegal assault on a government agent. How much does it take for police to surveil and wait for the opportunity to make an arrest and capture evidence, rather than risk the lives of potentially innocent people?
