Even Police know that there's such a thing as a "clean shoot", and they know that this was nothing even close to a "clean shoot". Even in such outlaw enclaves of the old west, where shootings were as common as rain, shooting a man in the back was the mark of a coward and shame. No police man or woman should be on the side of this shooter.
