HAUNTING

WHO WERE THOSE PEOPLE -- OR DID WITNESS 11 LIE?

From the timeline here we learn that Dee Dee's call ends at 7:16:xx ; because T-Mobile doesn't give seconds data,  it could have been anytime from 7:16:00 to 7:16:59.
[more on the gap timing here ]

Okay,  BUT,  there's a 911 call made that picks up at 7:16:11  so by that we know that Dee Dee's call had to drop at sometime between 7:16:00 and 7:16:10 .

Most importantly about this 911 call picking up voices that are presumably Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman in close contact with each other,  it also firmly establishes their location at 7:16:11 where the two are in close proximity to one another.

Since Dee Dee's call is not recorded,  we cannot tell from which direction they arrived there,  but we do know,  without any possibility of doubt,  that they are at this location,  at this time,  and that they do not move from that location,  because the gunshot happens right there.

This is where the trouble starts,  but first things first.  We need to know one more thing before we get to the problem.

WHICH DIRECTION DID TRAYVON AND ZIMMERMAN COME THERE FROM?
To answer that question we turn to videographer LLMPapa's YouTube video titled:
"EVIDENCE OF DIRECTION"  HERE:

This video,  based on witness testimony,  clearly shows that the direction of travel before contact
was made,  was definitively south to north.

So,  now we've firmly established that the parties moved from south to north,  before Dee Dee's call dropped and the first 911 call picked them up at that location.

Now,  at this same time,  we have a witness,  WITNESS 11,  telling us of a loud argument she heard,  that moved from the northern walkway and moved towards the T,  and "bent the corner" moving south.
Since this is happening at the very same time that we have Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman located near the first 911 callers phone,   who are the people making the noises that Witness 11 is claiming to have heard?

Here's another videographers rendition of witness 11's testimony:

BY STATEOFTHEINTERNET - TRENT SAWYER

So,  just to be clear,  unless some other explanation can be found for this data,  either witness 11 is lying or,  there was another group of people out there,  arguing loudly and moving towards where Trayvon and Zimmerman were in contact,  and before the gunshot was fired.

I'll leave to you other sleuths out there to try and determine how to resolve this dilemma.

NEWSFLASH: Trayvon Martin ISN’T On Trial. He’s Dead!

NEWSFLASH: Trayvon Martin ISN’T On Trial. He’s Dead!

*Ain’t trying to be blunt. rude. or insensitive. Don’t want to offend. disrespect. or insult anyone.

We walk through life hoping for a higher ground. Hoping for clarity amidst the confusion. Hoping for protection for the unprotected. When a bullet enters the chamber of the heart of a seventeen-year-old young man, his life ends. Over. Breathing ceases. No high school prom. No high school graduation. No first day of college. No college graduation. No wedding. No honeymoon. No first child. No proud dad moments. No weekly paychecks. No vacations. No growing old. No retirement party. No rocking chairs. No rocking chairs. No rocking chairs.

Trayvon Martin is dead. And George Zimmerman is on trial for murdering him. And that trial begins in thirteen days. Fact.

On a rainy Sunday evening in Sanford, Florida back in February of 2012, one bullet was shot from a 9mm semi-automatic handgun. a gun that belonged to George Zimmerman. a trigger that was pulled by George Zimmerman. With no DNA evidence found whatsoever of Trayvon’s on this gun, there is no dispute over who shot who. When the police arrived they found a can of ice tea and a bag of skittles next to the lifeless body of Trayvon. That is what he had on him when a bullet tore a hole through his hooded sweatshirt on one side and left another one on the other. A 9mm handgun vs. a can of ice tea and a bag of skittles. Armed vs. unarmed. Bullets in the hood.

May 28, 2013 HEARING AND PRESS CONFERENCES

Zimmerman's Lawyers Ignore the Law to Paint Trayvon as a Brawling Pot Head

Alexander Abad-Santos May 28, 2013

With less than two weeks until George Zimmerman goes on trial for second-degree murder in the killing of Trayvon Martin, the judge in his case ruled Tuesday that that some of his defense team's key evidence — including Martin's history of "violence" and marijuana use — will not be allowed in court. But the way George Zimmerman's defense team has been handling things, well, they're making sure to leak enough that the jury is aware of every last absurd detail about Trayvon Martin anyway.
The pre-trial hearing dealt with a number of defense requests — Zimmerman's motion to delay was denied, and the trial will begin June 10 — but the defense lost almost all of them. The Orlando Sentinel's Jeff Weiner has the play-by-play on Judge Debra S. Nelson's key decisions:
The judge already has ruled this morning on several key issues: The defense may not bring up Trayvon Martin's past marijuana use at trial, or his past school suspensions or participation in fights, without clearing several legal hurdles and another ruling granting permission.
The attorneys also cannot mention during their opening arguments that the active ingredient of marijuana was found in the teen's system, the judge ruled.
Zimmerman's defense team has long sought to establish that Martin may have been high and that his judgment may have been impaired on February 26, 2012 — the night he was shot and killed after buying some Skittles. "We have a lot of evidence that marijuana use had something to do with the event," Zimmerman's lead attorney, Mark O'Mara, said during today's pretrial hearing. "It could have affected his behavior."  READ MORE

AxiomAmnesia  Has witness #13's interviews on tape

http://zimmerman-vs-martin.blogspot.com/2013/06/who-were-those-people-or-did-witness-11.html

Witness #13 Summary:

He said he didn’t see the actual incident. He went outside after the shooting. George Zimmerman was out of breath and “acting like he had just gotten his butt beat.” He asked Zimmerman if he needed him to call 911. He states he called Zimmerman’s wife while he was being cuffed and explained what was happening. Zimmerman blurted out, “Just tell her that I shot someone.” He says Zimmerman was very matter of fact–like it wasn’t a big deal.

9-1-1 Call:

None

Interviews:

The following interviews are the full, uncut audio files released as part of the discovery court proceedings in the Trayvon Martin/George Zimmerman case. Names and some other identifying information have been redacted to protect the identities of the witnesses.  HERE

See the problem?  If Zimmerman's claims were true there would be blood on Trayvon's hands,  DNA under his nails and no people "bending the corner"  as witness 11 says here,  since they both would
be there at the "T".   Instead the body is found 45 feet away,  near the phone and the shell casing,  meaning that the shot was fired right there,  not 45 feet south of there.   Now:
Q1: Who fired the shot?
Q2: Who held who by the clothing?
Q3 Who refused to meet the police away from where Trayvon lived?
Q4 Who should not have been anywhere near Trayvon with a weapon?
Q5 Why did GZ refused to identify himself as the guy keeping the neighborhood safe?
Q6: Why did the "friendly neiborhood watch guy" draw and fire his gun on an unarmed kid,  without first trying to introduce himself and talk to the child?  Isn't that what people normally do?

Does O'Mara's discovery contain a fake photo?

The two photos appear to contain the exact same pose in the exact same position,  where the only thing that appears to have moved is the hand.   Who doesn't move one millimeter between photos,  even while raising a hand?   Don't believe it?  Try doing it yourself.  Remember the picture on the left is an old photo and the one on the right is an exact copy,  so it has to be just as old.  Thus,  the two photos would have been taken at the same time.
Now here's an animated gif of the two:

HERE'S A THREAD ON THE TEXT MESSAGES

EXCERPT:

Do you realize that the defense added photos, claiming they are Trayvon, that are taken from social media sites. One of them from a video of which Trayvon’s brother had said over a year ago that is not Trayvon?
The defense knows this stuff is never going be entered into evidence. O’Mara pretty much admitted to that. The stuff is never going to be tested for what it actually meant. Its sole
purpose is to sway public opinion and to poison the jury pool.
You want to know the real Trayvon. Read the exchange with Sybrina again. That is Trayvon with the person who knows him best in a complete exchange.  READ MORE

Sundown Towns: A Hidden Dimension of American Racism by

James W. Loewen
Sundown Towns: A Hidden Dimension of American Racism

From Maine to California, thousands of communities kept out African Americans (or sometimes Chinese Americans, Jewish Americans, etc.) by force, law, or custom. These communities are sometimes called "sundown towns" because some of them posted signs at their city limits reading, typically, "Nigger, Don't Let The Sun Go Down On You In ___." Some towns are still all white on purpose. Their chilling stories have been joined more recently by the many elite (and some not so elite) suburbs like Grosse Pointe, MI, or Edina, MN, that have excluded nonwhites by "kinder gentler means." When I began this research, I expected to find about 10 sundown towns in Illinois (my home state) and perhaps 50 across the country. Instead, I have found more than 440 in Illinois and thousands across the United States. This is their story; it is the first book ever written on the topic.
