Statement by the family of Trayvon Martin in response to release of pics/texts by attorneys for George Zimmerman..
by trayvonstruth
Below
you will find the full statement issued by Trayvon's family in response
to the release of information by the defense with their reciprocal
discovery.
"The
only photos or videos that are relevant or admissible at trial are
those of Trayvon taken the day he was shot and killed by George
Zimmerman. There is no evidence that Trayvon neither had gold teeth nor
gave anybody the finger the night he was shot and killed. Therefore
those pictures are irrelevant and will not be admitted into evidence. Is
the defense trying to prove Trayvon deserved to be killed by George
Zimmerman because the way he looked? If so, this stereotypical and
closed-minded thinking is the same mindset that caused George Zimmerman
to get out of his car and pursue Trayvon, an unarmed kid who he didn’t
know. The pre-trial release of these irrelevant red herrings is a
desperate and pathetic attempt by the defense to pollute and sway the
jury pool. The evidence that will be admitted at trial is the legally
documented history of George Zimmerman’s propensity for violence, such
as his arrest for battery on a law enforcement officer, his injunction
to prevent domestic violence taken out by his ex-girlfriend, and
evidence of his training as a bouncer for Data Whore Productions, Inc."

George Zimmerman's father says he's 'disgusted' with Florida judicial system
Robert Zimmerman asks for more time, funds in letter posted online
The father of George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watchman charged with shooting and killing 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, posted a letter online, saying he's "disgusted with Florida's judicial system."According to the letter, dated May 16, signed "Robert Zimmerman" and posted on a website named RobertandGladys.com, the Zimmermans asked for more time to prepare for their son's trial and for more funds "to provide an effective defense."
"The state of Florida has unlimited resources in their totally unwarranted and malicious prosecution of George," Robert Zimmerman writes. "I continue to be amazed by what the state of Florida considers their ‘evidence’."
Robert Zimmerman then appears to attack the state's audio experts, whose findings were released last week and differed on their voice analysis to whether screams for help captured on 911 calls were those of George Zimmerman or Martin.
"It now appears the state has somehow found an ‘expert’ that hears words and sentences that only he can," Robert Zimmerman writes. "The Florida Department of Law Enforcement and FBI experts, after exhaustive testing of the same recordings, were unable to hear any of these ‘mystery words.'" READ MORE
