STATES RESPONSE TO DEFENDANT'S MOTION MARCH 26, 2013

States "Jiggy" response to rather silly defense motion for sanctions,  and an exhibit where DD says that Trayvon came through the Colonial Village Apartment Complex,  which would mean that he used the cut through by Taaffe's,  but...  since he is in the mail shed at RATL by 6:54,  GZ still does not come out early enough to see him at Taaffe's.  So that finally his story of being on his way to the store is false,  since the cctv analysis [tchoupi's work] shows that although there was nothing to see,  that could have distracted him,  or provided an excuse for not going immediately to the store,  GZ's truck never even attempts to go out the front gate,  but instead courses over to the mail shed twice and then stays there,  where the NEN [Police non-emergency number] call begins.
